Get your domain name from Namecheap and secure you business name secure. Try as much as possible to grab the .com version of your domain. If the .com is not available, the .co works pretty well.


Siteground is a web host for WordPress for your website. I have been using them since I started my online business and I absolutely love them. You can get started on their lowest plan. I recommend that you purchase the 3 year plan for peace of mind. Their support is 24/7 and superb.


Elementor is a drag and drop page builder for WordPress sites. It’s fast, easy and leaves your website running smoothly. The best part is that you can get started on the free version and later upgrade if you need more features.


Hello Theme is a lightweight, fast and free WordPress theme that works seamlessly with Elementor to give you a beautiful website to impress your clients and customers


Astra is another lightweight, fast and free WordPress theme that works with Elementor. It also comes with free templates via their Astra sites plugin to get you up and running quickly.


Payoneer is a platform you can use for receiving payments and  managing your finances especially for my international business owners. You get a mastercard for each activated currency and you can manage it all from one dashboard.


WaveApps is both an invoicing and mini-accounting software for business owners. You can track your finances as well as receive payments from your clients.


Mailerlite is a ridiculously easy to use email marketing software. You may be wondering why you need it so early on but you do. You can start building your email list up to 1000 subscribers for free and after which the costs are still very cheap.



Dubsado is a client management system for automating the processes that you carry out while working with clients. You can receive inquiries, send quotes and automate your entire workflow with this one tool. It syncs with Stripe and Paypal and eliminates quite a number of tools in one go.


You can’t run a business without meetings. Zoom provides you with instant video meetings with one or more people at a time. You can also record your meetings as well as schedule them ahead of time directly or via your appointment scheduler software.


Plutio is an all-in-one business management platform designed to help you manage projects and tasks, create proposals that dazzle and send invoices that get you paid. I currently use this for my agency and I absolutely love it. It also has a helpdesk tool attached so you can communicate with your clients via chat.


I use Book Like A Boss for booking my meetings. It is perfect if you’re the only one using it. You can sync it with zoom, Paypal and Stripe so you can book paid meetings. It also allows you choose your availability and syncs with your Google Calendar to make sure you’re not double booked.


Great beginner appointment platform. They have a great free plan and it is perfect for teams with multiple calendar slots. I started out with this and it also allows you embed your calendar on your website as well as link from your FB and IG pages.


When you manage multiple clients, passwords can be a HUGE pain. Lastpass eliminates that pain by allowing safely store and securely share passwords with team members as well as receive shared passwords from clients.


Why type when you can useloom? I love using loom for quick videos for training, asking questions, giving instructions, or getting feedback as from clients and team members. It’s so amazing and I can’t imagine my life before it.


Tired of ugly and basic Google Forms? Say hello to Typeform. You can get beautifully designed and secure forms for feedback, questions, surveys and whatever with Typeform. You can get started on their FREE plan limited to 100 responses per month.

I currently use ActiveCampaign for all of my email marketing. I love the ease of use, versatile connections with other software, great pricing and endless uses. Their email deliverability is one of the highest in the market and I cannot recommend them enough.
